I switched from espresso to French Press last Fall and immediately found the coffee beans I had been buying were inadequate (Starbucks, Illy, Whole Foods). I bought a package of Ruta Maya organic medium roast after seeing it at HEB and was amazed at the freshness and taste. It is absolutely the best coffee I have ever tasted. (tip: use real cream not half & half).
