Ruta Maya Presents Timberos Del Norte

Led by Austin’s well-known pianist, Mr. Pauli, Timberos Del Norte is an all-star band.  Texas’ most accomplished and award-winning musicians from its most well-known latin dance bands have come together from all over the state to form one of the finest timba bands ever seen.

Mr. Pauli, originally from NYC, and Tito Cuba, from Guantanamo, co-wrote ten of the twelve songs soon to be released on the Timberos Del Norte debut recording.  Danerys Echevarria, originally from Habana, contributed to two more.  The recording and production of the CD was done entirely locally in Austin, TX. The CD is scheduled to be released in early 2012.
