Ruta Maya Cafe eSpress Food Trailer Now Open on South First

Located in the Bouldin Creek Food Park, at 1209 S. First St 78704. Ruta Maya Espress is now serving hot coffee and food starting a 7 a.m Monday – Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday - Sunday.

In addition to the organic coffee drinks familiar to Ruta Maya customers, the outdoor cafe also serves organic and gluten-free meals made from scratch, which include hot gourmet sandwiches, like our sliced all-natural turkey and brie with organic parsley pumpkin seed pesto, homemade soups, tacos, quiche and gluten-free pastries.

The fried egg sandwich and roasted veggie and goat cheese quiche with a gluten-free crust are early favorites among customers. We make all our gluten-free pastries in house. 

The Ruta Maya Espress dining area, overlooking beautiful Bouldin Creek, features cafe and picnic-style tables nestled among trees. The cafe currently opens at 7 a.m Monday - Friday. Serving brunch from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m on the weekends.  Sunday and Monday the cafe closes at 7 p.m. and Tuesday – Saturday closes at 8 p.m.
